I love shopping in an environment where employees are eager to assist, courteous, and knowledgeable especially when it comes to technology!! I went in to advise my 21 year old daughter on her laptop purchase. The customer greeting team made my two year old feel special and she cheerfully responded to his acknowledgement of her. She was so excited that he understood her baby gibberish. That made the experience memorable 😍

I brought two laptops in for service at different times. Both needed Windows 10 restored. Diagnostic service was excellent. The hard drive on one needed to be replaced. The work was done quickly, perfectly, and inexpensively using their Total Tech plan. The technicians were also very friendly and courteous. I did not make an appointment, but I was still taken care of quickly.

Great customer service experience! Lucas, one of the sales associates for customer service was clearly becoming bombarded by a line of customers and continued to be patient and quick with everyone’s returns. The customer service manager Debra was awesome. She was knowledgeable, friendly and quick to resolve an issue for me. Thank you both for being so helpful! and professional!

placed an order for curbside, they noticed me ahead of time that there would be a wait of 10 minutes or more due to it being a weekend. i have definitely noticed in the last few weeks that they are running way understaffed. they were out to my car within 5 minutes and even though our interaction was brief it was friendly and pleasant. be kind to retail workers this holiday season. they are doing the most and giving it their all!
