All the guys were very professional and efficient. I appreciated the quick response to an error on the install. They sent one guy to install a refrigerator up stairs. They sent two guys so quickly I can't complain. Thank you for making the process from purchase to install so quick!

Delivery and setup for new washer and dryer was great! Both men were very polite and careful not to scratch the floor, walls or doorways. They made sure the new appliances were connected to power and water, were both working properly and cleaned up before they left. EXCELLENT JOB!

Last week was refrigerator, dishwasher, today was washer and dryer! All are working and everything is cleaned up. We started with Spencer’s many years ago when there was one store downtown Mesa. Could not be happier with the service on buying, delivering, installation and even replacing a dishwasher that would quit every 30 days! Great service!

By far the best appliance experiences I have ever had. Dominick at this store was extremely helpful on our appliance purchase. Very responsive, the pricing was very fair, and everything was delivered and set up as promised. Seamless transaction.
