“The only pain management provider that worked with me to Decrease my medication! I tried multiple pain management providers & at my first appointment they would asked me if my pain level needs an increase of my medication. The last straw was a provider saying "we could hook you up to an IV for 3 days and get you off pain medication completely" I don't even know if that route would work.. Arizona pain center impressed me right away and already had a plan outlined to reach my goal. This location is phenomenal. I've made a huge decrease in my medication by working with them, month by month and I couldn't be happier ! I would definitely recommend this practice if you have the same goal & need a support”

“I first saw Dr. Wallace in the 90s. He was an excellent primary care physician, the best I have ever had. He was sorely missed when we moved to Portland. We later moved back to Arizona, but to Tucson. After long waits for appointments, after misdiagnoses, after ineffective prescriptions from various physicians in Tucson I was so discouraged with the quality of doctors I decided to drive the two hours required just to see Dr. Wallace whenever I needed a PCP. He is that good in my opinion.”
