Dr. Robin Laks stands out among those doctors. She listened, was knowledgeable and supportive. I appreciated her exceptional attention to my daughter. Additionally, she was time efficient and well-prepared. She even gave my daughters crayons while we spoke. And there is a playground in front of her office. Excellent, thorough, insightful doctor.”

He did a thorough exam, conducted an X-ray in office - which was great as not every doctor offers that - and provided treatment and follow-up instructions that took care of the issue. His staff was pleasant and courteous. I had no difficulty getting an appointment and his office was good enough to provide a courtesy call reminding me of the time and date. “I recently had 2 root canals by Dr. Nguyen and totally impressed and pleased with everything about my visit to this office. Dr. Nguyen and his staff and assistant and office managers were so kind and helpful and efficient and thorough with all aspects of the visit, from the scheduling to insurance to the actual procedure. Dr. Nguyen is so professional and experienced in this ultra-specialized field of dentistry (see his bio on their website, it's pretty amazing). I've had about a half-dozen root canals throughout my life and had complications more than once, but not with Dr. Nguyen. I waited a month before leaving the review so that I could honestly say how great my teeth feel. I had read a couple of reviews that were not so nice and I was a little nervous about going to him and I do not understand those other not-such-nice reviews; one has to take them with some level of understanding that no one likes going to a dentist and especially to have root canals and can be too critical. Dr. Nguyen is not chit-chatty, which actually I prefer, because he's so focused and concentrating on doing the best job. He asked me several times during the procedures if I was OK and asked if I needed anything and he let me know what was happening; he was kind and personable with me. I highly recommend this endodontist. When it comes to root canal and other endodontic procedures, you want an expert like Dr. Nguyen.”
