“I could honestly write a whole essay on why Ramona is so amazing! When my husband and I got pregnant with our son, we had appointments with every midwife in the office. All of them were spectacular and we were very pleased with the way we were treated. But Ramona stood out to both of us. We were never rushed in any appointment. She told us to take our time and think about any questions we might have forgotten. She never acted superior to us or made us feel like our questions were dumb. We felt safe with her. I knew I only had a 25% chance of her delivering our son (as there were 3 other midwives) so when we went to the hospital and she was on call, my nerves were calmed that much more. It helped that I had a very easy labor. Ramona’s demeanor was very calm and controlled. She was so encouraging! And she knew what she was doing with the entire delivery. From letting my epidural wear off just a smidge so that I had full control over the pushing and knowing when to slow down so that I didn’t tear. I really hope to have her again with our future kids. We just love her! Also, my other friends that have had her deliver their babies say nothing but incredible things as well.”

“Out-of-State Patient w/Endo. Two FETs resulting in 3 children so far. 2018 Review: Pros. - Less expensive IVF packages (with and w/out PGS). Rates visible on website. - Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, incredibly hardworking, and responsive. - Doctor is attentive to IVF schedules/appointments to maximize success of IVF cycles. - IVF cycle appointments on weekends/holidays as needed to monitor progress. - Clinic location is easily accessible via 202. The offices are clean as well as comfortable. - Minimal if any in-office wait time. I'm almost always called back within 10 minutes. - The specialty pharmacy (Integrity Rx) they work with is inexpensive, friendly, and local. - Higher than national average success rates. - Work with local and out-of-state patients as their schedule allows (we're out-of-state). - Free parking garage (I've lived in cities where you must valet/pay for parking everywhere). - Word-of-mouth praise from friends who were patients plus positive reviews on various sites. Cons. - New patient appointments may be scheduled out months in advance due to how busy the clinic is so call ASAP. Busyness results from good business. - Expect scheduling complications if you're out-of-state. Things happen and it impacts you more because you have to schedule your trips and find out-of-area doctors to perform services. 2020 Update: Just finished my 2nd FET and am now pregnant with our 2nd & 3rd child. I wanted to address comments I've heard from potential patients who've spoken with more recent patients. 1. Dr. Amols isn't as accessible anymore: It's true Dr. Amols hired help (check FB for an explanation) but that doesn't mean he isn't the one guiding your fertility journey. Having someone do ultrasounds means he sees more patients keeping costs down. The priority is that you get pregnant. It doesn't matter if additional people help you accomplish that. 2. Dr. Amols may not recognize you or remember your name: Many people struggle to remember faces/names and Dr. Amols sees a ridiculous number of people. If this offends you, evaluate your perspective. You want a doctor who's in, out and don't have to see until you want that next baby. If he knew me well, that means he's seeing me often and I'm not getting pregnant which would be bad news for me. 3. Communication isn't very responsive: I've heard this regarding becoming a new patient and it's because they want to hit the ground running even though it takes time. Get your paperwork done, set your appointment, etc. it all goes by MUCH quicker than you think it will and why would you rush something so important? ***When frustrated in the process I remind myself that I'm on lots of hormonal drugs and in the end I get results which is all that matters. I chose Dr. Amols due to his low cost, high success rates, and because I'm originally from AZ so I can stay with family when I'm in town.”

“My 7 year old was diagnosed by a pediatrician with ADHD . I was drowning in so much information I really had no idea where to find the right answers. After having no real success on the meds he was prescribed , our lives we're getting flipped upside down and my child was clearly feeling uncomfortable just existing. Out of desperation I sought out a psychologist and landed the best one in town! Keith is so well at explaining things to me and my child , he listened to my frustrations and took the time to fully understand the issues we were having. We left the first appointment with a plan and full understanding what the medication could do and how it will help. We were hopeful and optimistic but nothing would have made me believe that we would be where we are today and so quickly. After 2 weeks we saw improvement already. When we reached our second visit with Keith we were even more excited to see where things would lead us! 2 months later and my child is comfortable at home and school and thriving. His teacher even came to us to let us know she saw a huge shift in him and she wouldn't be able to tell that he even has ADHD if she didn't know already. I've lost so much sleep over this , nothing else has put me more at ease than seeing my kid comfortable and because we saw someone who truly cared and listened to us. “The facility was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The scheduling was adjusted to accommodate patients with little wait time and no crowding in lobby. The receptionist was very pleasant as was the CT tech. A very pleasant experience. SimonMed, you have redeemed yourself. This office is great. Now, will you please do something about the last place I went. It was (maybe still) horrendous.”

“Amazing staff! I was looking for professionals experienced with VBAC’s that would be willing to support my birth plan. Every appointment I was given all my options and was never pressured into making a decision until I was comfortable. Laid back atmosphere where I felt my feelings and concerns actually mattered. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Guzman who supported me in my decision to have a VBAC and helped make it happen. When it came down to my actual delivery Karen, my midwife, was very knowledgeable and supportive. She walked me through delivery and made it such a calm and peaceful atmosphere. “Dr.Amols is the best doctor. Me and my husband were trying from 4 years and consulted many doctors but none worked. My report showed that i had one tube blocked.
