“Great studio. I tried their intro offer via Mindbody. This studio was a bit hard to find especially when you're coming for the morning class and it may still be dark outside. However, just look for the mailbox on the outside with the Liv Pilates label and you will be there. Just note, this is actually in a house/residence type building (initially I was looking for a studio in a plaza, so I thought my GPS was leading me wrong). Anyways, teacher was very understanding and patient with me finding the place. She helped me get set up on the machines and she was so kind and adjusted everyone's machine's during classes in between each set which made it easier on us. She encouraged the students and picked great uplifting music. The workout was pretty challenging jumping up and down- even though you were laying down- you could really feel the burn.”
