(June 24, 2019, 10:41 am)Having been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease a little over two years ago I felt that I was at a crossroad as to what to do, in addition to learning all I could about this terrible disease. A short time later my wife read about Rock Steady Boxing as being a gym where people with Parkinson’s disease could learn exercises that would slow the progression of the symptoms of Parkinson’s. I joined right away and two years later I’m seeing a difference. Rock Steady Boxing in Gilbert AZ is the place to be. It’s very organized and run professionally and the Coaches really care.
