Saula Yoga is a beautiful studio. Every instructor is knowledgeable giving several variations of poses so you never feel like you can’t do something. Relaxing. grounding and energizing all at once! I love it here.
I was surprised to see the negative reviews, I've personally had a great experience here. Yes, the studio does look small from the outside but don't let the size fool you. Also since it's not as popular or mainstream, the class size of students is smaller so it makes it feel more personable and it's also less stressful since the class is not crowded and the students are not squeezed together. There are cubbies on the outside to put your belongings and then once inside, it's a beautiful studio with wooden flooring and plenty of space. They have mats there or you can bring your own and they have plenty of props as well.
The teachers offer great modifications and I've left the class feeling relaxed. Another fun class there that you can take is the wall yoga class. Danielle is a great teacher and encouraging to everyone.
Love this studio. Once you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming and cozy and you’re greeted with smiles and good energy. They offer a variety of classes for every level. It’s a beautiful environment to practice in - the teachers are knowledgeable and friendly, and it’s overall a great healing community to be around.
I absolutely love Saule. I work there as well so I should mention, but when I take class as a student my heart is happy. I always leave calmer than I arrived- either that is a fun flow or a restorative. You will be in for a treat because every teacher brings so much knowledge and their own style- it is refreshing to see. Our studio has a Wall (and lots of gear to hang from it!), which isn’t common of all studios. You get to sense what being in an inversion feels like. There are different times of the week so find one that works for you. The owners are beyond kind and treat the students (and their employees) like family. Love you Saule!
Every teacher I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know is sweet, genuine and wholly committed to the growth of students. Not only that, but the classes are fun, each is unique enough to take three in a day and feel amazing (imagine waking up with a flow class followed by Restorative and then finishing the day with Nidra, talk about awesome).
If you’re looking for a studio that is welcoming, truly accessible for every body and that offers a HUGE variety of styles, come join us and find out why Saule is one of the best studios I’ve ever practiced at.
