BackFit Health + Spine

After a year of back, shoulder and neck pain, Backfit has helped me get back enjoying the things I love to do without relying on medications. The staff there are wonderful and Dr. Krainik’s MUA procedures in conjunction with physical therapy has helped me get better. The multiple disciplines provided together at one place was the best anyone can ask for, less stress because I did not have to go to multiple different appoinments at multiple different locations.

Five stars is not enough for BackFit in Gilbert. I have been suffering from back pain for years, and have been to several Physical Therapy clinics in the East Valley.
I recently pinched my sciatic nerve so went to BackFit in Gilbert on a recommendation from a friend. From day 1, they have provided a level of care to which no other clinic has even come close.
From the gals at the front desk to Dr K, Phil, Stephanie my PA and Steve the PT Torturer, everyone has exceeded my expectations. They listen to my ever changing aches and complaints, and switch up my treatment accordingly.
I am not being overly dramatic when I say that they quite possibly have saved my life.
My knee started bothering me during treatment for my back, and they fought with my insurance company to allow for imaging, which insurance did not want to cover. The image happened to catch a 6 cm growth on my femur which may or may not be cancerous. I go to see an oncologist today.
I never would have imagined that what I thought was a muscle spasm could actually be bone cancer.
I have no words to express how grateful I am to everyone at BackFit in Gilbert. If I could, I would give them 1000 stars!

When I was younger, I drove in demolition derbies for 10 years. It screwed my body up pretty good. Slipped discs, all kinds of subluxations and tightness. The crew at Backfit is exactly what I needed. The front desk girls were absolutely amazing and friendly every time - even when they were swamped. Physical therapy was perfect - even when I thought I didn't need to do the stretches, Steve explained why it was beneficial. He coached me through several exercises and used various tools for my stiff muscles. The doctors in the back doing adjustments were great. Always showing that they are safe and experienced with nervous patients and always listening to how and what you are feeling, not just going with what is on the x-ray or paperwork. Every visit, I feel so much closer to being pain free. Take it from someone who used to be in 50 car accidents in 10 minutes just for the thrill and entertainment, someone who is a cook and on their feet, quickly moving in every direction for hours without stopping - they will fix you. Injuries, pregnancy, even primary care services. They are great at everything they do. Thank you BackFit, especially Erin, Jessica, Steve and Dr. K.

I couldn't be happier with the treatment I have received thus far from BackFit Health & Spine, Gilbert. The staff has been very friendly, caring and welcoming. I have a long road ahead and I feel confident that I am in the best of hands.
