“Thank you to Avalon Dental. The majority of my experience with Dentists is going to get things that the Army did to my teeth fixed! I have had a very hard time in AZ finding a Dentist that is honest, professional and does decent work. I am so grateful for Avalon and the entire staff. This is the first dental experience in Arizona where I didn't have to meet with a closer and negotiate my bill before we could even talk about getting work done. First, it was found out during my emergency exam due to a broken tooth during COVID 19 lockdown that i was in need of a root canal that needed a specialist. I was referred out, expected at the other facility and insurance was already properly communicated. Let me say that again. AVALON DENTAL SET ME UP WITH A SEPARATE PROFESSIONAL TO PROPERLY CARE FOR ME AND ENSURED THAT THEY EVEN HAD MY INFO SO IT WOULD BE LESS STRESSFUL. After getting the necessary treatment done at the specialist I was now ready for Avalon. They welcomed me back, where prepared for my visit and even had my insurance in place.... excuse me while I wipe away tears of joy at the level of PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
