The Center at Val Vista

Very happy with my mom's care here. Everyone was friendly and helpful and my mom receive plenty of attention. Everyone seemed to go above and beyond, esp Rhonda. Very helpful. They made a difficult situation much more manageable.

The entire team at The Center at Val Vista were amazing when my father in law was admitted during his final days of life. Our family felt supported the whole way thru. I highly recommend this facility if you have a loved one needing care. They are truly amazing 🥰

My dear wife, Barbara, was recently looked after at The Center at Val Vista for an approximate week. The facility itself was exceptional: clean, modern, spacious, and bright. The staff was likewise exemplary: highly competent, efficient, effective, and kind. We were both treated with the utmost consideration and are both immensely grateful for the expert and generous care Barbara received, care which very likely saved her life. We remember several members of staff worthy of special commendation but are embarrassed to admit that we remember only nurse Vikki by name. Thank you very profoundly Vikki and The Center at Val Vista!

My sister was there for almost 4 weeks. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the care she received and the great communication to me as her sister and power of attorney. . She arrived from the hospital with several chronic conditions and a large surgical wound. Sarah, the wound nurse was exceptional in her care and communication to me as well as follow up after she was discharged. Her wound was so improved over a short time. The nurse, Melinda, and Danielle, the charge nurse, were especially great giving me detailed updates and I could tell how closely they followed her care and needs. I also appreciated Stacey, the other charge nurse and Allie who cared for Julie too. Megan the case manager kept in touch about issues needing attention and Chris from therapy was wiling to give me weekly updates I wanted. I am afraid I never spoke to the therapists who worked with her so I can't say their names but thank you all. If she needs care again this is the place we would send her. Her husband was also very impressed with the care and the quality of the physical premises. Since I live across the country I was not there in person but felt as if I was since I talked to staff every day and never felt like I was a bother. I also appreciated that if I had called during med pass or shift change the reception staff were protective of the nurses time and attention to the patients and I was totally willing to call back after report or med pass..

Our family has been very please with the therapy, care and professionalism of the staff at The Center at Val Vista. My wife's dad had a spinal surgery that has led to a very long road to recovery and after several not so great experiences at other facilities, he was moved to The Center. He has had an extended stay with them and he has had some wonderful therapists. Lisa (one of his favorites), Robert, Melissa, Jeremy, Maria and Steven have all provided great support and assistance in his gaining strength, mobility and encouraging a can do spirit. Sarah in wound care has been very nice and Nancy is a CNA who is always very sweet and attentive.

This facility is clean, attentive and professional. You can trust them with the care of your family member.
