(February 21, 2020, 6:59 pm)I can't say anything negative about my experience today, I was able to easily make an appointment online and the staff at Banner were wonderful. Since I made an appointment online there was very little of a wait for me to get in despite that they were short staffed today. The check in process was very easy and the lady working at the desk was so kind to my very sick self. I then met David who was an incredibly nice and talkative individual that took my vitals. He made me feel welcome, kept me at ease and had me laughing. Nurse practitioner Ford-Petersen was so thorough and made me feel like she truly cares, despite her busy day she made sure to have nice conversation. Definitely thankful to have a such a great team look after me today.

(January 28, 2020, 12:01 pm)I received amazing, compassionate care from the Urgent Care site, and I was so pleased that I did not have to travel too far to get the treatment I needed. The site was clean, the medical assistant checked on me often to see if I was comfortable or too cold, and the Physician's Assistant was thorough and comprehensive. Thank you.

(January 26, 2020, 1:36 am)Incredible care and kindness shown to me on my last visit. I had the flu and they let me lay in one of the examining rooms while waiting, instead of sitting in the waiting room. It was so helpful and kind of them, on what would otherwise have been a very uncomfortable visit. The doctor’s asst and the doctor were great, caring, knowledgeable, and good natured.
