“I can't say anything negative about my experience today, I was able to easily make an appointment online and the staff at Banner were wonderful. Since I made an appointment online there was very little of a wait for me to get in despite that they were short staffed today. The check in process was very easy and the lady working at the desk was so kind to my very sick self. I then met David who was an incredibly nice and talkative individual that took my vitals. He made me feel welcome, kept me at ease and had me laughing. Nurse practitioner Ford-Petersen was so thorough and made me feel like she truly cares, despite her busy day she made sure to have nice conversation. Definitely thankful to have a such a great team look after me today.”
