“My sister was there for almost 4 weeks. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the care she received and the great communication to me as her sister and power of attorney. . She arrived from the hospital with several chronic conditions and a large surgical wound. Sarah, the wound nurse was exceptional in her care and communication to me as well as follow up after she was discharged. Her wound was so improved over a short time. The nurse, Melinda, and Danielle, the charge nurse, were especially great giving me detailed updates and I could tell how closely they followed her care and needs. I also appreciated Stacey, the other charge nurse and Allie who cared for Julie too. Megan the case manager kept in touch about issues needing attention and Chris from therapy was wiling to give me weekly updates I wanted. I am afraid I never spoke to the therapists who worked with her so I can't say their names but thank you all. If she needs care again this is the place we would send her. Her husband was also very impressed with the care and the quality of the physical premises. Since I live across the country I was not there in person but felt as if I was since I talked to staff every day and never felt like I was a bother. I also appreciated that if I had called during med pass or shift change the reception staff were protective of the nurses time and attention to the patients and I was totally willing to call back after report or med pass..”

“My son has ADHD and has been in the mentor program for two+ years. The first mentor was writing monthly reports as though he was seeing my son on a near-weekly basis, but it was more like once a month. His case manager at Gila River blew the whistle and his next mentor was assigned within a few weeks. The 2nd mentor was pretty stoic, a great listener, and he and my son loved trying new restaurants. The 3rd mentor was hilarious and really outgoing. His direct method of communicating was similar to mine, but I could see how it might be off-putting to others. Things were going great, son was coming out of his shell, then we were notified that he was no longer employed with San Tan. 4th mentor is kind and communicative, but our need for the service seems to be dwindling. The mentor program thus far has been a very useful tool. Coupled with counseling through another agency, my 12-year old is navigating his ADHD symptoms and impeding hormones much more gracefully. Thank you San Tan for all you’ve done for our family!”

“I’m really so happy to have found this place. A stand apart from other ketamine providers was that they accept insurance (which does not fully cover treatment, but does help lower the cost). This was a big reason I chose them as a provider-they seem to actually be in it for the care and benefit, vs just a cash grab. I went in to get a psych evaluation for ketamine treatment, and the provider/owner instantly made me feel comfortable and welcome. Completely non-judgemental environment, I did not feel pressured to start ketamine treatment-and was in fact offered alternatives as well. Mental health treatment is individual, so I am hesitant to give a review of ketamine treatment itself-but I will say that the nurse and staff who attend patients during treatment are compassionate and patient-I’ve never felt rushed, hustled, or overlooked-which are all things that I’ve previously experienced at doctors offices. The clinic itself is clean and set up well-the treatment rooms are private and comfortable, and all of the staff is very welcoming and professional. The appointments seem to run on time-they don’t seem to fall into the trap that my GP does of scheduling and then running an hour late-so I’m not stuck sitting in a waiting room for an eternity past my appointment time. Treatments are given plenty of time, so I am not rushed to wrap up and leave, which is nice when you’re using a medication that can be very disorienting. I’ve already recommended Renew Wellness to friends and family, and I will happily continue as a patient here.”

“I've practiced various martial arts most of my life and I was a junior instructor and receptionist in higschool for a dojo. I wanted a program for my 5 year old that would instill discipline and confidence in him while learning exercise routines and practical self defense skills. I wanted to avoid "flashy" "sporty" martial arts. Never heard of Kajukenbo until I started researching kids martial arts programs in Gilbert. Very pleasantly surprised and impressed with the well-roundedness of this discipline and how great the instructors are with young and small children. The aerobics, grappling, striking, footwork, learning to fall, are exactly what I was looking for. They incorporate fun into each class while commanding respect and attentiveness of the kids. I've seen a remarkable improvement in the confidence of my son and he genuinely enjoys the challenge and competitiveness of every class. All the other parents are very friendly and engaged.”
