“Tide cleaners does a pretty good job. I have been taking my clothes there for a few years now and have always been pretty happy. The staff is always friendly and helpful, well at least most of the time, and the turn around on the cloths is very fast. I live the drop off service! Fast and convenient. One criticism. Several times I received my shirts back pressed weird. Not every shirt, just a few of them and it’s not every time. Meaning, I get the shirts back and some of them will have the shirt collar pressed crooked, or with a huge wrinkle in it. Or there will be a huge wrinkle right down the front of the shirt. It looks like whom ever pressed the shirt, loaded it in the machine and didn’t make sure the shirt was perfectly flat or the seams were lined up straight before they pulled the top of the press down. Resulting in the shirt being pressed crooked or “weird”. I have told them about it a few times and it seams to get better for a while and then I’ll start to see it again. That May seem like a minor issue, and I acknowledge that it probably is, but I don’t always have time in the morning to pull out the iron and fix it. It won’t stop me from taking my cloths here because the positives outweigh this small issue”

“I can’t say enough about Happy Cleaners! Their name really says it all. I am so happy with every single service and interaction I’ve ever had with them and we have been coming for years. My daughter’s “custom” prom dress arrived only a couple of days before her prom and it didn’t fit at all. “I was very satisfied with my experience. We just moved to AZ and my daughter needed her prom dress altered. I googled alterations and Lapels popped up. “We have been through several cleaning services for our office over the years. None of them have been successful until Square Feat! We have always had issues with quality and it was a constant struggle to get basic things done. Anyone who has hired commercial cleaners know they have 5 days to correct the issue and stay within their contracts. If they come twice weekly anyway, that is a constant rotation of not getting things done. We just had to suffer until our contracts were over. Not anymore! I have had two employees checking in to make sure our needs are being met. The person they had meet with us to go over what we needed was the actual person cleaning the office. That was a first.
