“Grand Photography has always been easy to work with and they continually seek ideas to streamline their processes. All great stuff. We've come to know them (specifically Gail) through soccer images. She and her staff are professional, courteous, and go the extra mile to get the job done. In a recent experience that actually lead to this review, Gail connected with me personally as a coach for my kid's team, and shared a rare mishap happened with our team image. (We know professional cameras, so we know it is both rare and embarrassing!) They went above and beyond to remedy the situation - they offered a studio image make up, they offered an opportunity to come to the field, but since we had a professional lens, can we didn't want to take advantage of their time, we opted to take our own and we'd just print separately. However, Gail insisted on making it right - so we took our own image, and sent it to Gail who promptly cropped and toned to fit their memory mate and made one for each member of our team. Brilliant. BTW - As I was picking up the images, I noticed her Christmas displays and met Santa and Mrs. Claus - schedule a Christmas photo session!!!! Pets allowed! We are truly happy to have had this experience, because it let us get to know Gail and her genuine joy for her work and integrity in doing so. Thanks!”

“Decided to try this place out after I saw it on the news for a short clip. Loved the long list of beer selections. We ended up getting 2 flights (one each) and some food. We started off with the Poutine which was amazing! We ordered it with tots but came out with fries. We didn’t complain cause it still tasted delicious and wasn’t a huge issue for us. But seriously, so yummy and definitely filling. My significant other ordered the French dip which was pretty big and loaded with meat. He told me it was juicy and flavorful. I got the Mac and cheese with an add on of bacon. Well I have to say I was slightly disappointed. It cost $4 extra for bacon... so I’m expecting quite a bit of bacon. But there was very few crumbles of bacon that were basically burnt. And sadly I didn’t really taste flavorful. I understand it may not be their staple entree but for an already $12.50 bowl of Mac and cheese plus $4 for bacon... I did expect a bit more quality. Overall I did enjoy the atmosphere and the customer service was excellent and we were well taken care of. Will definitely come back and try more items on the menu. Definitely worth checking out... if anything for the beer!”
