Elizabeth was who did my tattoo removal and she explained everything in great detail and made sure I understood exactly how the procedure would go and what to expect in the healing process. “Everyone at this facility was good. Dr. Enrique A. Valdivia, MD was excellent. From check-in, to pre-op, to endoscopy, David Van Dam, M.D. of Grand Canyon Anesthesia, the nurse anesthetist, and post-op. Everyone was good. I agree with Anita Hardesty's comments. The patient has to be proactive of his/her healthcare, including coding and billing. If something is not right, CALL. If you're not getting the proper invoice because the anesthesiologist is out of network, file an appeal with your insurance company. Don't wait.”

“This barbershop is on a different level. I’ve tried so many places until here. I refuse to go anywhere else. They let you control your own personal TV while they take care of you. They offer beverages to enjoy at the same time. More importantly, you can tell every single person that works there is well trained and genuinely passionate about paying attention to every single detail and providing the perfect barber experience. Dasha takes care of me and I have never had a better experience in my life, and she’s repeatedly offered that same experience time after time again. There is a reason this place only has certain days and times they allow walk ins and it’s because they operate by appointments. This is what makes sense when they put as much time and effort into the service as they do. The walk in days are awesome as well, but do not complain if there’s a timely wait because these folks are more concerned about giving you the hair cut of a lifetime rather than moving people in and out the door as fast as possible. Kudos to what Russell has built here. It’s truly incredible.”

“I have seen Dr. Misty for care for many years, following her from various locations. She does a wonderful adjustment of the neck while laying face down, by far my favorite neck adjustment that I have ever had. I have been to many different Chiropractors over the years and her adjustments are top notch. She is very friendly and enjoys getting to know her patients. Her receptionist Lauren is wonderful too, very polite and professional over the phone and in person.”

“I cannot express how much I appreciate and thank God for Dr Agins. I have just endured another horrible experience with kidney stones for the second time in 15 years. I went to the emergency room and endured the pain and nausea for hours before Dr Agins saw my lab work and insisted on having me moved to his hospital, Arrowhead Abrazo for emergency surgery. My stone was too big to pass and he put in a stent. Due to the infection I had to stay in the hospital 4 days. I will be going back to see him to finish my treatment. He went above and beyond to help me according to my daughter. By the way, I am a 71 year old woman and I didn’t know how to get the help on my own as I was alone in the emergency room. My wonderful support team had left me because I was supposed to be admitted to the hospital I had first arrived at. If Dr Agins had not intervened I believe I might not have come home to my family.”

“Dr Cline is an expert optometrist besides being a wonderful human being. I would not trust anyone else with my eye care and vision prescription. I was referred to him by an optical shop when an ophthalmologist rushed my eye exam resulting in glasses that gave me blurry vision. Dr Cline graciously and patiently determined the correct prescription after the most thorough exam I have ever experienced. I drive across town to see him because he is the BEST!!”

“I recently had a visit to the ER which I am no stranger to however this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Everyone from triage to bedside care was so efficient. Dr. Murray, RN Ken and ER Tech Brandon were absolutely amazing. It’s hard being the patient when you are usually helping the patients but they made it comforting. The doctor had great bedside manner and actually listened to me. All of my orders were put in right away, my labs and other tests were done before I even knew it. Each person I encountered during my visit was absolutely on their game and I couldn’t of had a better experience”
