Caliber Collision repaired my 2006 Highlander after a hit and run damaged the passenger door and front fender. They repaired and painted the Pearl White finish very quickly and with excellent workmanship and professionalism. They cleaned my car up for me very well before they delivered it to me. They finished it on the time and day it was promised. I recommend them 100%! An additional comment: There is a fairing on the front of my car that attaches partly to the bumper, and I know it was loose when I took my car in for the repair. When I inspected under the car, I see that they installed new fasteners to hold the bumper and that fairing that was loose. The install of my bumper is excellent! I am so pleased with the attention to detail that you all did with my car! Thank you!

I appreciate that they would stay in communication with the progress of my repair. From the calls, text and emails, I knew when to my vehicle would be done. Also, I appreciated that all I had to do was leave my rental with them after receiving my repaired car. Such a convenience. Overall, customer service was superb! Everyone I encountered was pleasant and most helpful. All the way to picking up my grandson’s sock that had fallen on the ground when transferring his car seat back into my repaired vehicle. Great service!!
