Austin and Shawn worked on my vehicle, they are both the realest and most informative employees that work here. Shawn welcomed me in and explained the process thoroughly. Austin had given me the rundown on my vehicle and even offered preventative measures and recommendations on what is the best for my car moving forward.Very friendly and lovely to talk to. “I love the pharmacy staff. I wish more people could understand the sheer volume that goes through this store. The pharmacy staff have always been a pleasure to work with and have always gone above and beyond to help with prescription issues. When the pandemic hit, my sons medication supply chain was basically stopped. He has a life-threatening condition and his meds keep him stable and alive, so when everyone was out of stock I freaked out. The staff at this location called many many other locations to find his medication and directed me to where I could pick it up. They are also MUCH easier to communicate with, and they put notes in their system so I don't get asked the same questions, than the Wal-Mart next door. To the other reviewers, just because you choose to pick up at the busiest times does not mean that the staff are not doing their best. If you don't want to wait in line, go at their slower times. If you can't go when it's slow, then know you'll wait and mentally prepare yourself - you can't control the wait but you can control how you react.”

“This location is my neighborhood Walgreen’s and we have shopped here for many years. Many employees have been at this store for years or have worked for another Walgreen’s store. Therefore, the employees are knowledgeable about their products. We have always had great customer service even on the rare occasion that we’ve had a refund or exchange. With three daughters we buy a lot of products in health and beauty and the ladies at the cosmetics counter greet them personally and help them find precisely what they are looking for. This store is clean, well stocked, and well managed. The pharmacy is run very efficiently and even new pharmacy technicians are well supported by veteran staff while they learn the ropes. We have also used the photo department for gifts and have never had a single issue in terms of quality and cost effective choices. Last, we have used the health clinic from time to time and are very pleased with the staff and ease of service. For all of these reasons, we’ve rated this store, it’s management and staff a five out of five stars.”
