(November 10, 2019, 5:57 pm)The employees make this place amazing. Veronica (Ronnie) was our cashier today. Someone was helping her too; she was a saint! Although I did not catch her name. These ladies made our checkout experience wonderful. They were very pleasant and helpful to us! We often find the employees around are super helpful and kind.
I've sent notes to the upper management before about how it seems like the middle management here don't seem to care about their employees or customers (they seem annoyed all the time) without response so I'm just going to put this here and that's why it's a 4 not 5 star review.
(July 9, 2019, 9:07 pm)We LOVE this Sam's Club. The staff is always friendly and a wide selection of items. The department that I truly believe needs to be recognized is the Pharmacy. I have never met such a great team when using a pharmacy. They remember me and my son and honestly care about our welfare. My son has a rare heart condition and they always ask about him. It is worth being a Sam's Club member solely to be able to use this pharmacy.
