We hired Computercom.Com to set-up my new laptop and trouble shoot a few glitches with the network in our multi-computer household. Nick arrived on time; was prepared in COVID-19 protective mask and gloves; and dealt with our multiple stupid questions and concerns with a respectful grace and true concern for our best interests. He provided a wealth of good advice and suggestions to make our transition to the new set up as seamless as possible.

Cathy recently handled some vehicle titling issues for me. She was VERY helpful, knowledgeable & professional. Cathy went the "extra mile" by faxing & emailing copies to a local credit union & then patiently followed-up to ensure the documents had been received.
