“My husband and I really weren't in a rush buying a vehicle. We had in mind what kind of payment we wanted and looked around online. We drove out from San Tan Valley, little over an hour away, to the dealership with our 6 year old son to look at one my husband found. Upon arriving we were greeted by Scott. Right away he explained their beliefs on car buying and the experience we have as customers. Never once did we feel pressured or guilted. Andy and Scott did whatever possible to get us in our price point. We are happy with the experience. Not many dealerships will entertain your 6yo playing with a puzzle on the floor while we wait for financing to come through like Sabrina, the owners wife did. Not only did they make it pleasurable to buy from them but we noticed that the spare tire was not in the best shape. Andy ordered a new spare and paid for it and to get it installed in time for the weekend for our last minute family vacation before school starts. “Easiest truck purchase I've ever made. Live five states away. Spoke with Shawn over the phone at 830 a.m. I was a few thousand short of there already low price. They totally accommodated the price I could work within. Had sales order written and faxed to my finance company by ten a.m.. hopped a plane at 1 p.m. Sanderson sales manager picked my driver up at the airport after hours and brought him to the lot .
