“I was having some significant problems with my older machine. I knew it was time to either upgrade it or buy a new one. I was served by Mr. Steve Kaznak in your Arrowhead Location. I explained my problem to him in detail, and he responded to all of my e-mails, even before I actually brought my machine in for service. With Steve's excellent guidance and help, I now have a completely re-built machine, and its performance is dazzling, truly awesome, just perfect for my processor-and-memory-intensive applications. Steve knew exactly what processor, RAM, solid state drive, and high-end graphics card to order for me. These components arrived quickly, and my new machine was serviced and complete in most expeditious manner. I was truly surprised when he called me yesterday to say my machine was ready for pickup. I think I may have blurted out, "Already!??" I just couldn't believe it was all done so quickly. Best of all, all of my data was left intact, and I had to re-load few, if any, programs. It is amazing that Steve was able to do this, given the fact that I had almost a TB of programs and data on my original C: drive. Steve is a true asset to the Data Doctors organization, and you should reward him handsomely! Great job, Steve! Bravo! Five Stars all the way!”

These ladies made our checkout experience wonderful. They were very pleasant and helpful to us! We often find the employees around are super helpful and kind. I've sent notes to the upper management before about how it seems like the middle management here don't seem to care about their employees or customers (they seem annoyed all the time) without response so I'm just going to put this here and that's why it's a 4 not 5 star review.”

“Recently, I had Ron Dice from Ron Dice Photoimages redo a photo for me from about 1915. It was a snapshot of my grandparents which was getting very dark in color. Ron took my small dark snap shot, lightened it so that it looked brand new and made a couple larger photos for me. They were great and I am a very happy customer. The cost was insignificant for what I received. I still have two more photos that need to be redone and plan on sending them to Ron Dice Photoimages very soon. You won't be disappointed if you use Ron Dice.”

“The people that work here are super rad. They are always so helpful. If they don't have something in stock they can order it for you online and have it shipped to the store for free. Noice! I haven't met someone here yet that has a bad attitude. The place isn't very big though. I feel like a bull in a china shop everytime I'm here but I can see how it would be even more difficult for someone with a stroller or in a chair. The cool thing though is I'm sure that whomever is working would be more than happy to grab whatever you're looking for. They also have probably the biggest clearance section of any Hot Topic close by. It's in the back by the employee stock room door so if you have some time you can really find some good deals!”

My spouse were very happy that we got help from RONY.E and ALYSSA L. These two telesales agents were very familiar with T-Mobile their policies and their branding . These two employees were very respectful, patient and knowledgeable. They turned our day into joy after for LONG hours on the phone with Sprint. The store Suite 102 was clean and smell good. All phones were visible on display. There was another telesales agent there as well he was helpful on August 24, 2019 .My husband birthday was made great this year thanks T-Mobile ????????????????????????”
