Mountain Park Health Center Goodyear Clinic

Everybody at this clinic is incredibly caring, efficient and friendly. I receive the best care possible here. I switched to this location a couple years ago when I moved nearby. My old location was good too but I’m really happy to be at the Goodyear location.
My primary caregiver is Ms Annette Ricks, Nurse Practitioner. She coordinates my care for lupus, cardiology, hematology and rheumatology. She is a wonderfully knowledgeable and caring professional who knows all my medical rather than dealing with one specific thing.

Ms Ricks spends the time to go over all my different records to provide accurate care. And she is a kind person so I am very relaxed with her. She doesn’t rush but takes enough time to answer questions.

All the other support medical professionals are also friendly and thorough. They make sure my records are accurate, vitals are taken and inoculations explained and given. I got my flu shot and the newest Covid booster.

The front desk people are very nice as well as helpful.
I hope this helps anybody looking for excellent medical care.

Im new to the area and needed to choose all new providers. The doctors and nurses are great. They are kind and thoughtful. They listened to my concerns and really seem to care. I would recommend this office.

Very professional. I love Joleen Schultz. She generally cares about her patients and has such a warm nurturing personality and demeanor. She knows my complicated history and file. I always leave my appointment better than when I went in. Her attention to detail, knowledge, and companion regarding prenatal care are incredible! Thank you Joleen!
