I had my first appointment with Dr Moore today and I can’t express enough on how the appointment went. Dr Moore was the 4th orthopedic doc I have seen for my hip and I can finally say I finally found the right doctor. He is a flat out the most professional, knowledgeable, straight shooter I have ever dealt with. Even though I was a 20 year Navy Combat Corpsman and have an in-depth knowledge of what is needed he kept it simple and straight to the point. His office staff Especially the manager Ashley are the best. They were short staffed today and were apologizing for having make me wait like 15 minutes past my appointment including Dr Moore. That is unheard of in the medical environment today.

I will have to have my hip replaced and this is the the Doctor that I want doing this. He has outstanding training, knowledge and ability in his field that in my opinion is unparalleled in the Phoenix Metro Area. I just wish I could give them more than 5. Folks check and research your orthopedic doctors for procedure’s they do and I can pretty much guarantee that this is the place you will end up at.

I have been impressed by Dr. Chow's manner, his attentiveness, and the detailed nature of his post-operative instructions and feedback. His PA, Tina Horton, has also provided clear and supportive feedback. I am progressing in my convalescence in a steady and satisfactory manner. My primary care physician was positively impressed by both the condition of the incision and the detailed instructions and information provided. Although this was an out-of-pocket expense for me, travelling from Canada, I would use Dr. Chow in the future for any subsequent joint replacements. His office assistant, Ruby, was also efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Dr. Galat is very professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure you fully understand the treatment options. He has a calm manner which provides the patient the opportunity to think, ask questions, and make an informed decision. I was particularly pleased that there is staff available to answer the phone when you call, and if you do need to leave a message they respond quickly. The surgery facility and staff were top notch and professional as well. Definitely would recommend!!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Nathan Moore, the medical and administration staff that provided me with an awesome experience receiving a new hip. I am a 72 year old Canadian, who was informed that due to the Pandemic, there could be over a 2 year wait for a hip replacement. My debilitation, pain and quality of life was at a point where a delay was out of the question. On a recommendation from a previous patient of Dr. Moore, I decided to travel to the Phoenix Spine and Joint Clinic in Goodyear AZ and have the surgery. From the initial correspondence, I was given a surgery date of choice within 3 weeks. My experience from start to finish was amazing. The care and attention given to me by all, was much appreciated. They are highly skilled at their profession and it was evident by my ease of mind, speedy recovery and regained mobility without pain. Thank you once again Dr. Moore and all the personnel involved in my successful new hip. Highly recommended and will be in touch if the other hip needs replacing.

Miranda made it very easy for me to get an appointment with Dr. Moore.  She was  friendly and helpful in explaining the process to me.  I was able to get new imaging done with little hassle.  Sam initiated conversation and was very pleasant and professional.  Dr. Moore spent time to talk about my joint pain, did not rush me, and explained my x-rays in detail.  He offered different treatment options and after I left I was very happy I went there.
