Rosalinda and Kathy were both knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to deal with regarding every appointment I had there. Would have preferred to see the same physician every visit, but they have a rotating schedule. The physical therapy staff were pleasant, instrumental in my positive recovery and the office is conveniently located. TY!”

“My mother used to come to IMS PM oh years ago and recently has to go back cause she sadly got into a horrible accident and now is back to pain levels beyond what she is able to tolerate. She stopped as she moved and cause she was getting better. They were always good to her and so we are confident they can help her get her pain under control again. Veronica the old MA was very kind we hope to see her again. We were worried about her entering TX again but given the fact she’s in immense amounts of complete agony, here she is. We are saddened to see her in so much pain again but like I said we are confident in Dr. Tung's abilities and his staff. Hope it’s the same as before for her. Update to come.”

“Amazing pediatric dentist! Scheduling over the phone was great and from the time we walked in to when we left, everyone was so friendly, polite, and nice! They made my 1 and 3 year olds so comfortable. They were very patient and kind to them. I also liked that we sat next to them and we actually had a room with two cleaning chairs to ourselves. Dr. Cara was amazing as well. Everyone was very informative, patient, and kind. So glad I found an amazing place for my littles!”

“My daughter was on a bike accident this morning and shattered her front teeth. She was able to be seen right away by Dr. Kelly and her team. Everyone was so wonderful, caring, and attentive! Both front teeth were half gone but Dr. Kelly and her team did everything possible to restore them. They did a wonderful job! They look natural and normal. I am so grateful to Dr. Kelly, she gave my daughter her beautiful smile back!”

“If you get the chance to be Kirk Bowden’s patient you are extremely lucky. He has been my pain doctor for 8 years now and I couldn’t ask for a more incredible doctor. I went to him a couple month ago telling him I wanted trigger point injections every month and to reduce my narcotic pain meds by 60 and without hesitation he listened and we discussed other options and how we will start reducing my narcotics. He listens and is willing to discuss any ideas you may have. Last week I got trigger points for the first time after 30 days not 60 days and the relief getting trigger points after 30 days gives me longer relief then what my narcotics would do. He even said without me asking maybe we can reduce my narcotics even more and offered a medication to supplement I don’t remember what but I’m fully on board. I mean if you want an incredible knowledgeable doctor who listens and will discuss any and all concerns he is the pain manegment doctor you want. I have heard very very good things about Dr Gibbs while in the waiting room as well!”

“Been a patient for 6 years. I really like Dr. Torres. He never rushes me and answers all my questions. Will give me a referral if needed. Will call you to check up on you. He maintains a calmness even when you are stressing out. I really respect him. His staff is always nice and caring. Even when I did not deserve there kindness. When old man grumpiness comes out and I treated them unfairly. I am sorry for my behaviour. I highly recommend this office for your primary care. They have a new phone system from Cigna. It is awful. It is not Dr. Torres office staff fault.”
