I loved the $2.75 wallflowers scents. However, my mom asked an employee if the buy 3 get 3 free sale included the hand soap. The employee told her yes. When she got to the front of the line, the cashier said the sale didn't involve soap. My mom said an employee told her it did. Instead of honoring that, they just told her they were sorry. Will not be returning for a while.

Stopped in today to pick up an online order and recieved a very warm greeting by Gerry. She took the time to show me some of the new and her favorite fragrances. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. Great service!!

Bath & Body Works my happy place for my favorite scents . I appreciate how as soon as you enter you are greeted by a smiling associate. This location is extremely clean and organized. During my visit I noticed both the Summer Collection and the Pride Collection were displayed, snatch these products up before they are gone. The cashiers rang up my merchandise at record speed and wished me a wonderful day. Always a treat to shop here.
