Dr. Wilson was equally professional and caring. He explained the vision tests results, showed me records from the last exam, and thoroughly summarized the prognosis. “Many thanks to the Pathway staff who provided excellent care to my 92 year old father. My family spent considerable time in that unit. We all witnessed a very cohesive team effort; not just with our father, but other residents as well. They always backed each other up, even if my father wasn't in their care that day, demonstrating a true team effort. They were all very personable, had great attitudes and showed compassion to all the residents in that unit. In addition both PT and OT were fantastic; can't thank them enough. Lastly, in comparing your facility, to his prior one, your staff is not constantly in front of their screens. Its wonderful to see the staff interacting with residents and family. I hope you share my review with the Pathway staff; they gave comfort to us as well as my father.”

“Nikki really came to my rescue with my 4th baby. I was struggling and felt like I was failing at something, I felt, I should have known how to fix on my own. My son had a horrible latch, leaked milk out of the corners of his mouth, had the hiccups all the time and was so gassy. I never would have thought I would need so much support after already having 3 children, but it’s so true what they say, each baby is so different. Nikki’s help and breastfeeding support was invaluable and I think changed the course of my breastfeeding experience this time around. She provided great advice and education on various breastfeeding positions, pumping/flange sizes and changes that helped relieve some of my pain. In addition, we were able to diagnose a tongue and lip restriction due to her experience which also helped tremendously. Nikki made herself available to me with any questions and concerns outside of my appointments which made me feel like I had constant support through out my journey. I am so grateful for finding her when I did!”

(Possibly the manager) (Caucasian male, 40-55yrs of age, tall, black apron) He was very knowledgeable and recommended a dish to us which we were very pleased about! We ordered our food quickly and had a great first experience. The food is like Chipotle's but better! Really delicious flavours! We had Pollo Asado burritos, enchilada style. We will recommend to others and come back to try other dishes. I just wanna make a note of the superior customer service we had! It's how you want to be treated everywhere you go. Thank you!”
