The service department is very dependent on the service advisor to help in the entire process. My advisor (Shawn Brady) was one of the best and most personal. Even after tech missed a few issues that required me to bring my truck back, he was very professional. You can tell he loved working with customers.

Wow! Scott and Eddy were awesome!!! Such an amazing experiences after being treated like first time buyers at San Tan Ford.

I called Scott, and he had the Expo up front and ready for me before I even arrived. I left a deposit and came back next day with the wife to finalize. 2 hours in and out, and it would have been quicker, but we had such a great time visiting with both Scott and Eddy, we felt like family!
