However, what is the point of my clicking on "I'm heading in now" to let them know to have my pizza ready if the individual working up front was just gonna be looking down at his phone & not have my pizza ready when I walked in? Like, why was I even given the option to let them know that I was about to walk in if it made absolutely no difference? Other than that, pizza here is always great.”
