“After moving here 3 years ago and looking for the right church for me, I found it!!! Three years ago, I was driving down 303 watching this building being built. After a few months, I saw the banner with Refinery Christian Church. I went to visit it and felt like home. The worship music is amazing and the leaders right in the center if the Lord's spirit. Then the lead pastor sermon was told with humility, using the scripture out of the Bible, and I felt the congregation was so alive and filled with God's word. I have had many friends visit and they always come back. The kids ministries are lead with God's love and kids love the programs. Our community outreach, missions, women's and men's fellowship are awesome. The integrity, authenticity and a solid ground of the Word of God is what you get here, as well as 1 Big family. “I love coming to F45! I did a week trial in December and I signed up and started in January! They provide different sessions hours in the morning and in the evening. They have an app that you can sign up for future classes, which also tells you the workout schedule and what coach will be there that day. They demonstrate the work out before the session starts. They also have TVs on the walls demonstrating the workout at the particular station that you are at. All the coaches are super nice and they motivate you and make sure you are doing the work out properly, if not they do it with you so you can see the proper form. They have checked on me when they haven't seen me for a while and I've already notice some definition on my muscles. Overall it is a fun atmosphere to work out in. I wouldn't be consistent and burning a lot of calories at the gym by myself. Definitely recommend it!”

“I love this gym. The staff is friendly and inviting. I’m a commercial truck driver so I use this to work out and for the showers which are always clean unless someone left their garbage in it right before me. However, there’s a woman who is always sitting in the locker room playing on her phone and waves me down for my attention. When I say always, I mean there hasn’t been one time in the several months I’ve been coming here that she hasn’t been present in the same spot charging her phone and playing on it. Different times of the day, different days of the week. She isn’t a bother but just kind of in the way some times when the locker room is busy.”

We also ordered a strawberry and mango smoothie that were perfect on a got summer day. The dining area was clean and the decor was very nice. It did take a while to get our food. “My son had a great time this morning at his trial class. As a former gymnast in my younger days and a coach as well, I was very impressed by the staff's preparation. The class provided age appropriate activities that still challenged the kids. They were engaged the whole time and gave each kid one on one attention at one point or another. When my son had a meltdown because he wasn't wanting to move onto the next activity (& far passed nap time), no one stared and the coaches spoke to him like a big boy to get in re-engaged into the new activity. It was truly something special to share this time with him and he was not ready to leave. We are looking forward to the next class and many more!”
