Calling a mechanic is normally an unpleasent experince wondering what youll be charged for not needed and the high cost of it. From the start of scheduling the work with Samantha and working with Sean at my home to have the issue corrected was the most comfortable Ive ever had dealing with mechanic shop. Very pleasent folks, very prompt, very reasonable cost and got staright to the issue and its resolve once they showed up for the job. We bought our first ever motorhome from a private owner and Wrenches n Ratchets did a pre-purchase inspection on it. I found this company on Yelp, and they responded within couples of hours with a quota. They were the only company to be available to have the unit inspected the following day (super-fast) and to travel 1.5 hours to the site. The technician showed up on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. The report/invoice was sent to us electronically the same day. Great professionalism, excellent customer service, fast delivery. I would consider using them next time for sure.
