I recently visited Discount Tires located at 51st Ave. and Baseline, and my experience was outstanding! Juan, provided exceptional customer service that truly stood out. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless.

The wait time was minimal, and I was in and out in no time. This efficiency, combined with Juan's friendly demeanor, made for a pleasant visit. I want to thank DAVID for his amazing customer service and patience. A new tire on my 4Runner sliced during the bad weather. Dealership stated they’re not covering it despite the fact I just got the car this year WITH WARRANTY. Whatever. David done a great job of inspecting my tire, showing me the slice, and recommending me some quality tires. He made me a deal I couldn’t refuse for a set of 4 Falken Wildpeaks and gave me a warranty for all 4! Won’t say the price but it was WAY BETTER than Costco. Amazing service at this location not only from David but from everyone working here!!! 10/10

First time coming here and had amazing experience! I bought 4 brand new rims and tires for my 2019 Toyota 86 as I wanted to change out my 6 year old stock rims and tires. Service was fast, friendly and took great care with my car. Also got an alignment as well. I will definitely be coming back for all my tire needs!

This location was able to accommodate a last-minute, end-of-day install.
And although I had to come back first thing in the morning because a weight fell off and my car shook a bit at 40mph - they made it right by quickly re-balancing and putting me in the front of a crazy long line of customers to fix it.

Mistakes are ok - although maybe have technicians stop enjoying themselves a bit too much at the end of the day (it clearly impacted the work product) - and they made it right by doing the right thing the next morning.
