“Let me start of by saying car buying isn’t the most favorable experience not to mention if I’m being honest I was very weary about having to purchase a vehicle from a lot that I haven’t heard or seen in commercials, however if I were rewind and do it again I’d pick Van Buren Motors 10 times over with no questions asked because it was the exact opposite of what I expected. I inquired about a purchase of a car on the lot that I wasn’t qualified for but Boris provided me with other options of vehicles that were also in great condition(with minor dings and scratches which is normal for the car’s age). The process from beginning to end was fast and easy. All information was provided with transparency and to the point. There was no hackling or pressure, and I was off the lot within an hour with my 2016 Kia Optima. Upon getting home I realized I only had a spare key and Boris made sure to order another one immediately. I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys great customer service and honesty.”

“We met Lawrence and Victor at the Phoenix Home Show last September and were immediately impressed with their knowledge and response to our questions. We set an appointment and they came out AS PROMISED (getting to be a rare thing). Once we decided to go with them, Victor took the time to meet us at the granite supplier more than once, and walked us through the warehouse so we could select our stone. Victor knew everyone at the warehouse and got us a good price on a beautiful slab of quartzite. The installation went flawlessly, was finished on time, and the finished product is awesome! They came back out a couple of months later and installed a backsplash of the same quartzite; again, on time and beautifully done. What a change the countertop made in our house! “Owen was extremely helpful! My wedding ring broke after 30 years of wear and we thought replacing it was the only option. I was heartbroken because I love the ring and wasn'tfindinganythingI liked as much. He looked up our account and told us it may be able to be fixed with our metal protection plan! He sent it to be examined and assured me if it can't be fixed, they would be able to design a new setting similar to my original setting. We also ended up buying an anniversary band. Very happy with the service we received! Hoping for good news on the repair but I know if it is not repairable, Owen will make sure we get something designed that I will love.
