“I walked into Desert Financial with a quick question and the front desk person kindly sent me to speak with Darius. I cannot remember such good customer service...from the front desk to the teller the service was exceptional. Beautiful smiling faces when you enter a business is priceless. I asked to speak with the Manager to compliment his staff, and he was actually sitting at the front desk manning the phones...Wow! this is a team of responsible adults making things happen. Needless to say I opened an account that day with Darius whom I highly recommend. He's patient, kind and extremely informative. The Manager was a delightful young man and agreed that Darius is extremely good at his job. By the way, I was not asked to write a review I just simply and honestly wanted to do so. “I have been a customer for over 2 years. The negative is the lines can be long at this location. The big positive for me is the excellent customer service I have received here over and over again. When I opened my account I had two accounts but I wasn't using my savings account and a rep called me from the store and gave me a reminder about the fees I would incur if I didn't use it. I told her I didn't need it and she told me it was no problem to close it and use my checking only if that worked better for me. I was completely onboard with that. If she didn't call me I would have lost a couple dollars each month for who knows how long. A rep called me a different time to see if I needed any other banking services or questions on anything which was nice. In the past month, I had to go in a couple of times and Abigail was the teller. She has been so wonderful to work with! Always smiling, willing to help and going above and beyond to help my families banking needs.”

“I stopped by this a.m. p.m. at least a couple times a month. They are always the cheapest gas in this area and are usually very competitive citywide. I know a lot of ampms tend to be run down and dirty, this is the exception and is always very clean and very brightly lit. They're hot foods are always fresh and the inside of the store is extremely clean and well-kept. They're fresh cookies are amazing and hard to resist. The staff here is super friendly and very hospitable every time I come in. I appreciate the gas stations that are clean and don't have a lot of riff Raff hanging out front. This one is always clean and I've never seen riff Raff out front.”
