  I have been a customer for over 2 years. The negative is the lines can be long at this location. The big positive for me is the excellent customer service I have received here over and over again. When I opened my account I had two accounts but I wasn't using my savings account and a rep called me from the store and gave me a reminder about the fees I would incur if I didn't use it. I told her I didn't need it and she told me it was no problem to close it and use my checking only if that worked better for me. I was completely onboard with that. If she didn't call me I would have lost a couple dollars each month for who knows how long. A rep called me a different time to see if I needed any other banking services or questions on anything which was nice. In the past month, I had to go in a couple of times and Abigail was the teller. She has been so wonderful to work with! Always smiling, willing to help and going above and beyond to help my families banking needs.
