They gave me an amazing deal on a top notch mattress that was brand new in the box. I would have otherwise paid over 2.5k for this mattress. They even went above and beyond and delivered to my apartment even though I was not present. Paying was a breeze, was able to pay through zelle. Found Chevvaria on offerup! I preferred a mismatched set. I like topload washers and really wanted a dryer with a pedistal. Chevy[Ramon] did 1st install, he insisted. flooded my laundry room -no biggie! He was totally honorable. We thought this was an oversight, he fixed it and tested it again for a half cycle before he left and everything seemed to be fine . Started another load close to my bedtime and it happened again😭.
Sent pictures to his business line at 11pm and he asked if we needed help to clean. I told him Absolutely not ( i was shocked that he respondedat this hour)! He was mortified and said he'd replace the washer very next day. This is good business! I literally came to a business (instead of a personal entity on offer up) just to get a small warranty. His average warranty is 90-180days. I love that he did the install himself, gives both he and Myself the awareness that the machine is the primary issue... -I love the prices!, I love the service and I'm a patron who is aware of the risks of scratch and dent purchase. If we ever need another appliance we will check here 1st every time!

This place is great! Found my washer and dryer on offer up. Very reasonably priced. The guys are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery and install is inexpensive. I would give more stars if I could!

We we’re very surprised with the great customer service from Ramon. Ramon held the ones we wanted and got them delivered so quick. They work great and have no problems. Got a matching set and the gas dryer had some issues with heat. They did not have a dryer in the same color in stock so they brought out a replacement for me right away and week later had a matching unit they brought out. Not only a big savings over retail but fantastic service. They have a great selection of different washers, dryer, refrigerators and other appliances. Well worth your time to go check them out.
