“Stuff Thrift Store is a rarity among the many thrift stores in the valley. This is the only thrift store I now shop at due to their variety of items and the fact they are willing to discount items for their clients. This allows them to move more items quickly and in bulk thus assisting their low income clients with great buys as well as keeping the inventory fresh and turned over on a weekly basis. As a veteran I am very appreciative that their mission has always been to assist veterans and low income people. Their donations are not just from individuals but from big box stores who wish to move their close out items. I always work with Lauren and if she is with her other clients I am more than willing to wait. She has great knowledge of the inventory and considering there are three different store areas to shop in she always knows right where to take you when you are looking for certain items. Lauren will also go above and beyond by contacting me if there is something she thinks I may be interested in or looking for. I have left a list with her and whenever stuff comes in that is on it she will give me a call. Lastly, the volunteer staff is totally amazing, always willing to assist regardless of the need. Is it obvious this is my favorite store?”

And this store has a good reputation for customer service. The employees are always there to help you when you need it. This store has always been a fun and happy place to come to. “Adam was very easy to work with. We needed a new mattress and had gone to all the furniture stores in the East valley. We honestly settled for an OK $1000 mattress from the Dump. Only problem was the Dump sales guy was pushy and when we went for the mattress a few days later they were sold out. Forget that! So I started my search on the internet and came across this place. We figured what the heck it's right down the street. Appointment easily made and we bought a bed 15 minutes after walking into the place. Adam even does delivery for a very small fee. No pushy sales guy just a genuine dude with a small business. We even got a better bed for less money and a 10 year warranty! Go see Adam before you spend too much time on BS like the Dump.”
