(July 16, 2020, 4:31 pm)Mike Villicana is the reason I'll always choose Johnstone. I don't care if the prices go through the roof. Mike just sat on the phone with me and helped me trouble shoot a white Roger's board and in the end it was a small over sight on my end. IT'S HOT OUT HERE and sometimes we get heated up and ahead of ourselves but it's nice to know that Mike has our back. All the men that work there are great. Thank you Mike for getting me out of that attic! 10 stars!
