“I have lived in San Villante for little over a year now! My memories here have all been good! I have enjoyed the interaction with the residents here and my encounters have all been kind and respectful. I love the feel of walking around San Villante! I feel like I am at a luxury resort! My most favorite part of living here, is knowing that if anything goes wrong within my apartment, the maintenance crew will get word and my problem will be resolved shortly! I love the feel and sense of security that I feel while walking my dog even very late at night My most favorite part of living here has been getting to know Jaime, of the maintenance team! Most often, Jaime has been the person to show up to take care of my maintenance need. Whether running into Jaime while walking my dog or having the great experience of opening my door to seeing his amazing smile, when coming to take care of a repair…..I feel extremely blessed to have gotten to know him. “Lived here for 2 years and it was great, until the interior and exterior of the apartment started to reveal poor installation of hardware and carpeting. It's my understanding they have more renovated units now however. Definitely get a renovated one if possible! I also find it annoying that they painted the exterior a nice fresh color but did not come back and do the finer details so as you get closer it looks terrible as spots are missing and lines are not straight. Additionally, within the past month, communication with the front office has been extremely poor both via phone call and email. The same goes for reaching maintenance- it's virtually impossible. I'm not sure what happened because they used to be super responsive. Possibly new management in the office? Disappointing for sure considering my experience had been a 4/5 here, but poor communication and poor quality knocks that down some. UPDATE: Rhonda, the new manager, called and explained how the office was transitioning new staff in and apologized for the delay in communication. I appreciated her reaching out and being very responsive once she was aware. Looks like the contracters have also been making the appropriate updates to the grounds with new signage and painting! Hoping for a smooth move-out!”

“I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful sales agent. We contacted her on an advertised listing, and she was very helpful. I had done the same with other agents, but Sandy was the first to mention some mortgage complications regarding the type of property we were looking for ... that had us rethink and focus our attention in another direction. Sandy clearly had expertise that only years of experience can offer. She continued to keep in touch with me, and if she found anything that may interest us, sent it my way. She even offered to go and check out property for us if we liked, and report back to us. Considering we were in Canada, this was a time-saving; and cost effective offer. I kept in touch with Sandy over the summer and early fall. She continued to look for us and was exceedingly responsive to my emails and phone inquiries. Considering that we were looking in the lower price ranges, my experience with other agents I had contacted was that we clearly not worth their time, it wasn’t so with Sandy. Sandy stuck with me every step of the way and again, was quickly responsive to my many questions and effortlessly guided us through the purchase. That shocked me because all along, in the many months I had dealt with Sandy in what I understood was the slow season, I felt like I was her only client!!
