“This is not my favorite frys because they are usually not well stocked but they are open later than my normal frys. I go to this one for that reason. Today however they were well stocked and not to busy. In the past I would have given them 2 stars for lack of stocked shelves. I gave a 4 today because today's trip was better in all aspects.”

That is what I experienced here...Melissa handled my business from phone call to 420 card in my hand...the Dr. Was on point .... thorough,informative,knowledgeable and efficient...I had one hour to do the whole process. SERIOUSLY. One hour!!! Walked in was greeted by Melissa..she understood my time limits and so did the Dr.... 50 minutes later I was on my way....thats what real customer service looks like in a messed up twisted world of online scams and bad business practices... there's no need to take chances with your 420 program. “I am not a fan of most medical practices. There is often what I would call a "fast food" philosophy to how these businesses work. Get the patients in and out through our doors, and bill the insurance. However, I changed my opinion after I received a referral to East Valley Ophthalmology. I went, and it has been remarkable since I entered their care. Everyone is courteous and caring, and I have yet to meet an employee with a negative disposition. The eye care professionals at EVO are knowledgeable and thorough. My doctor is awesome. He has done an incredible job keeping me informed and collecting the necessary measurements of my cornea to help ensure my surgery is successful. I am thankful and blessed to have found such a fantastic eye care center.”

“Took my 2011 Kia Soul in for an oil change and vehicle inspection. (I want to keep this car forever, so maintenance is a high priority for me.) Would very much recommend. Don and Chris were very professional through the whole process, from making the appointment to driving out the door. Appreciate the text message reminders. They honored a coupon I had previously. They started and finished my appointment right on schedule. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with complimentary water, soft drinks, and popcorn...not essential but nice. I was able to observe their interactions with other customers, which were courteous and professional. Honored my request not to have tires rotated. No high pressure, just pointed out potential future needs. Left with a car in good condition AND newly washed! Would highly recommend, especially for women who might feel a little uncomfortable in that kind of setting. All of my questions were addressed, and with respect. Costs were reasonable. Five stars!”
