I drove up to Phoenix from Tucson because he instilled so much confidence over one phone conversation (after a bad experience with HP support). He basically salvaged a 6 month old HP Pavillion Laptop for me! Very easy to work with and someone you can trust and rely on - a HUGE plus these days! Highly recommend!!!
(August 21, 2019, 6:39 pm)Oh my goodness,,, there are not enough words to express the depth of gratitude and appreciation for these guys. WOW..... when everybody else wanted more than $100 just to LOOK at my computer, these guys did FREE diagnostic and then my repair was only $50!!!! These people are my computer HEROES!! ???????????? They have a lifetime customer because of their high CUSTOMER SERVICE standards.

1. They have a physical storefront. I really appreciate this.
2. I felt they were incredibly honest and shoot straight. Turned out one computer didn't have a problem at all. It's my monitor. The second computer had a bad mother board. Told me it was less expensive to get a used laptop.
3. I would highly recommend them. Give them a try. They offer a free diagnostic. Very friendly and communicates well; a rarity these days!
