(August 6, 2020, 8:09 pm)I called Alan's looking for a tow truck to tow my car to a different auto shop because it wouldn't start and my check your brake system lights came on... Describing what was happening over the phone I was told they thought maybe it was just the battery but the tow truck driver was a mechanic and would peek at it and make sure before he towed it. They drove out to my house in less than an hour checked it he decided it was just a battery jumped it for me only charged me the fee to to start it and I was able to get a new battery. So in the future I will be bringing my car to them I appreciate it that they saved me the money of having it towed.

(February 9, 2020, 6:36 pm)Family referred us to Allen's and I am so thrilled that they did! We had an estimate from a chain garage for a repair. When I spoke with Eric, he searched for the used part for me. He had awesome communication and I felt like he was honest and transparent in the process. The service was great, down to even just showing me the part I had paid for in advance before installing it. Did I mention finding a reliable used part and fairly priced labor saved us over $2000?? We are new to the area and we have definitely found our mechanic! I absolutely recommend them.
