“From the minute that I started interacting with Ocotillo Flooring it became apparent that they focus on providing great customer service. The first person that I interacted with was Howard, I suppose he is categorized as a salesman but I didn't ever get the dreaded "used car salesman feel" instead, he was personable and very knowledgeable. Howard came to my home, assessed the job, gave me an estimate, answered all my questions and put me at ease with any concerns that I had. His demeanor and answers made me feel confident that not only was I selecting the right company to complete my install but even more so, I had partnership throughout the process. The positive customer experience continued when I met Mitchell. He was kind enough to deliver my tile from the store, unexpectedly early because of COVID-19, and he had nothing but a smile, a truck full of tile and the willingness to make it a successful delivery. He even called in for backup from their office and got Chelsea’s help in managing my delivery, she was the second pair of eyes he needed to maneuver in my steep driveway. Chelsea was awesome and helpful! I had spoken with her on the phone prior to this and she was eager to help so it was no surprise that she was willing to come help Mitchell. Once Mitchell was done unloading my tile, he even offered to dispose of my newly removed tub so I could park in my garage again! Now that is going above and beyond for a customer and what a difference this made for me. For nearly 2 weeks before the job was started, I was able to park in my garage even with the newly delivered tile. I was so appreciative of Mitchell’s effort and honestly, he probably thought nothing of it but it certainly didn't go unnoticed. Once my installation started, the extended Team was nothing short of attentive and professional. The installer, Christian, is fantastic and does outstanding work, his attention to detail was apparent from the first day. He was not only great at laying the tile but he answered all my questions along the way. Not to mention, Christian has an amazing ability to rally along and encourage his other team members while working. What a great quality to have within a team. On day 4 of installation, Howard called to see how it was going and even stopped by to see the progress! Talk about making your customers feel like a top priority. I can’t thank Ocotillo Flooring and the Team enough, you all go above and beyond. My floors look outstanding, flawless and even news-worthy in my world but the sense of comfort and ease that your Team gave me before, during and after this process was priceless!
