Scott was very prompt to come inspect our roof after storm damage, accommodated our work schedule, and even came back a few days later, late in the day, to meet the field adjuster for the inspection. We were approved for an entire new roof. His crew did a wonderful job. The foreman was very nice and the crew worked all day until it was dark to complete the job. They came back the next day to put finishing touches and did a thorough clean up. The only evidence left that we got a new roof is the beautiful roof, drip edge, roof vents and the confidence that the job was done right! Thank you Scott, Chris and Romco roofing.

Chris and his team were professional, timely, and flexible, in providing affordable roof repair in Mesa, AZ. His honesty was on full display when he charged market price for the additional wood needed for the roof even though the price change was not in his favor compared to his initial estimate. Each evening the crew was careful to do a good job cleaning up around our house taking special care since we have small children. I am very satisfied with the work and would recommend his company to others.

Chris was the first roofer to respond and put up emergency tarping over my skylights the same day I called. They completed the job on time (actually started a day before scheduled) and it only took them a day and a half to complete. Chris helped me navigate the paperwork with the insurance company.

I was very happy with the performance of ROMCO Roofing. They worked within my schedule and completed the roof installation in 2 days. The roof was well done and they cleaned up very well every day before they left.

Customer service and quality does not get better than this! Better pricing than any competitor too! I had a total roof replacement done on an older home to which we found out the old owners must not have replaced in 20+ years so there ended up being much more work needed than what was anticipated. Every step of the way Chris and his team were incredibly communicative, gave me options, and explained the pros and cons to the choices offered. He was very honest and ran every extra expense by me for my approval instead of just slapping on charges without my knowledge like most companies would do. His crew was on time, everyday, courteous, polite, and very hard workers- I even bought them lunch for their extra efforts! They too were honest with me when I checked in with them daily on the progress and asked a million questions as a naive Layman to roofing. I will not lie, I was a bit of a high maintenance customer with my million questions and concerns, and everything was answered accurately and timely, never getting frustrated. Chris also came and did a final inspection himself when the roof was completed to make sure everything was done correctly. True gentlemen and excellent workmanship. Highly highly recommend!!
