Now I just bought my Ford 150 and because I felt something just wasn't right. “If you're looking for a shop to work on your bike in the metro Phoenix area or even from out of state, let me save you the effort of all the research. I moved here from Colorado last year and had an older HD Softail. I knew I was having carburetor issues and looked all over the Valley area for someone who would work on it and someone who was reputable. I finally got a referral from a friend to go see John at Straight Line Customs. Although his specialty is custom builds he also prides himself and his shop in doing quality work. After looking at my bike and diagnosing the issues (some of which may have been directly from the manufacturer) he was able to repair the bike, do a full inspection with some other recommendations, and even cleaned the entire bike before I picked it up. It's now running great; probably better than it's ever run. It's such a relief to find someone who does quality work and who owns a great shop. If you're considering custom work or maintenance go see John and his guys at Straight Line. You won't be disappointed.. Thanks again, John.. Jake K..”

“I should have been a customer the groaned about when they saw my name come up on caller ID, “I need like 20 locks changed (turned out to be twice that and then some) and I need it done yesterday” Instead, they addressed our business issues immediately and with a smile on their faces (I think, as they were wearing masks to help prevent the spread but their eyes were smiling) even in the heat. “When my wife and I sold our house a few years ago, we commissioned Heavenly Scent to clean the place, including the carpeting and tile floors. They did an excellent job on everything and were most accommodating in meeting our deadlines for the sale. When we moved in to our new home, we turned again to Heavenly Scent for routine service. Their prices were competitive and their flexibility in establishing a schedule that met our needs was much appreciated. Over the years (and in many homes) my wife and I have used numerous house-cleaning services but none can match the results we have experienced during every visit with Heavenly Scent. The crews we’ve had are not only impressively thorough and attentive to detail, but they are always friendly and professional. The same can be said of the staff at Heavenly Scent HQ; they remind us about pending service a few days before and have always been courteous and accommodating. The crews work quietly (aside from vacuum cleaners, I hardly notice they are here) and, when they are finished, every surface in the house — from bookshelves to counters to mirrors to floors — is spotless. And the house smells as clean as it looks! In case anyone is wondering about COVID-19 relative to Heavenly Scent’s services, they have implemented precautions following guidelines from the CDC to ensure both customers and crews are safe and it’s clear that Heavenly Scent takes this issue seriously, which I’ve witnessed personally as the cleaning crews go about their business. In these upside-down times, peace-of-mind is as valuable as quality service. Considering the reasonable price, ideal scheduling, excellent crews, and responsive business staff, I cannot recommend Heavenly Scent enough.”

“Came to this shop as a referral from a discount tire fiasco. I pulled into the shop at 4, and they got to work fixing my Dodge Dart. I spoke with the company owner on two occasions (Brent) who was extremely accommodating and polite. In his employ was also Phil, who greeted me and guided me through everything we would be doing.
