Touch-Up Pro (Mobile Service)

Beyond expectations! Touch Up Pro out of Mesa is a class act. My technician, Shawn, arrived at the time promised. He set up a canopy in my driveway and got right to work. He explained what he was going to do and I left him to it. His van was set up to rival a body shop with everything he needed. He rang me when finished, again at the time promised, and the finished product was amazing. The paint matched perfect and I couldn’t find where his paint and the original met. Very impressive. I do not hesitate to recommend Touch Up Pro and won’t hesitate to call on them should the need arise.

Yes, all these 5 star reviews are real. My daughter used them for her car and recommended them to me. I’m so glad she did. Here’s my experience: Phenomenal customer service, quick to respond and show up. Mobile service is awesome! Quality work! I called them bc I had some paint transfer/scuffs on my car from my garage.

Chad came out and took the paint transfer off in a few minutes and didn’t even charge me. How many companies would ever do that??!! They gave me a quote if I want to get the small dent fixed later on I can. So happy I could cry. My car looks so much better. The first 5 pics are with the scuffs and the last three are with the scuffs removed.
*** I wanted to update my review bc a week or so after their visit they sent me a thank you note and a $10 Starbucks gift card. What an awesome business and people they are.

Touch Up Pro is awesome! I texted photos of our RV damage to them. They promptly followed up and in person looked at the damage. They went to where my RV was stored - so convenient.

For the actual repair they came to my home and did the work in one day. They have top notch equipment, with computer color paint matching on their service truck.

Our damage wasn’t the worst but it was significant. They did a fantastic job. I cannot even tell where the repair was done. Perfect color match and perfect pattern/striping match.

Our technician was Omar and he was professional, friendly, and left no trash or spills behind.

I saw their truck on the street of my office, someone working on a vehicle, so I stopped to inquire on their services. Kevin was very friendly and informative on their process. Jason came to me to take a look and give me a quote. Reasonable. Yet again great customer service. Ivan was scheduled later to come to my office to do the repair. He called me 20 minutes out and met me with a big smile even though he was about to be working partially under my car for the next 3 hours in our 110 degree weather. He was so courteous and ... happy! My car looks perfect again, wonderful work. Highly recommend. Thanks Touch-Up Pro and Ivan!

I discovered Touch-up Pro on Yelp. I reached out for a quote and had one back in just a few mins. It took days for me to receive the other two other quotes I requested from other companies. And Touch-up Pro was the most affordable! When I reached back out to book I also got a response back in minutes. I wish dealing with every company was this easy!

My husbands white Ford Escape had some peeling paint on the top of the hatch/trunk door. It now literally looks good as new. The paint matched perfect and looks flawless!

Their set up is pretty cool. They show up with a van stocked with all different paint options, they check the paint number and mix up your paint right in the van! They also pop up a tent to ensure that Arizona sun doesn’t interfere with the job.
