(May 12, 2020, 10:52 am)Russell was great throughout the spa buying process. We ended up going with the V94L and couldn't be happier so far. I was surprised at how quick everything took shape. Once we made our decision, the electrician was there a couple of days later, and Russell's team was craning the spa over our house and installing by the end of the week.
(May 9, 2020, 3:57 pm)If you are in the market for a spa, you must go visit AZ Spas & Patio! Russ was so knowledgeable, friendly, and provided amazing customer service. We checked out a lot of spas and decided on the V94...best decision ever! The jets are incredibly strong. I didn’t think I needed the Micro-silk option, but it happened to already be on the spa we purchased, and I am so glad! It’s incredible!!

(April 13, 2020, 8:35 pm)From start to finish! I emailed a request on Friday with instructions on how to reach me and they were followed, which was appreciated. Russell reached out within minutes! He was knowledgeable, respectful of my time and informative! No corny sales pitch just facts. We placed the order on Friday and received our hot tub on Monday just like he stated. The delivery guys were great also! Personable but respectful and did what they came to do! Would highly recommend this company! Oh yea...our hot tub is amazing!!! ☺️Beautiful product! Can’t wait to enjoy it for years to come!
(March 12, 2020, 11:27 am)We love this store! Lori & Russ are so helpful and so great to work with. Its refreshing to walk into a store and be greeted with a warm welcome by such knowledgeable and attentive owners.
We picked up these amazing chairs last week and they were such a great addition to our patio. The only problem now is that everyone wants to sit in them and we only have 2 ? we’ll definitely be coming back for any spa and patio needs in the future!
(January 5, 2020, 9:33 pm)If you're shopping for a hot tub, do yourself a favor and stop by AZ Spas & Patio. You will save a ton of time looking for the so called "best deal" and hoping to talk with someone who knows anything about what they are selling. We have always owned a hot tub and recently had some issues with one we bought from another company. The owner, Russell came out to assess the problem(s) and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He and his wife Lori treated us like family instead of just another customer. We ended up returning our broken tub and purchased a beautiful new one from AZ Spas & Patio. Delivery and set up was timely and efficient. Russell took the time to go over all the buttons and super easy maintenance. His store had a great assortment of styles, sizes and colors to choose from with an many different options at a great price. I think we shopped every spa store in Phoenix and the millions of surrounding cities coming home with nothing but disappointment and frustration. Russell and Lori were referred to us by more than a few neighbors and we were so glad to have found them. They even gave us a sneak peek of the inventory before their new store officially opened. Seriously great people! Thanks Russell & Lori!! We LOVE our spa!!
