(October 1, 2018, 7:19 pm)I took my Hyundai Sonata in for an insurance claim. I worked with Joel and he took my car that same day. He dealt with my insurance directly and just called me when the car was ready. Made the whole process painless and simple. He even waived my $500 deductible. Naturally, I was wary thinking they were going to do a shoddy job because of that but they did such a great job! Front of the car looked brand new, as if it was right out of the dealership. When I picked up the vehicle, he had me sign all the paperwork and handed me a check for $100 as an appreciation for choosing them which was a pleasant surprise.
Today I had a little problem with a headlight and since I couldn't figure it out, I decided to swing by and ask them for help. They took care of it right away, same day. Of course, I HAD to write a review for these guys. Superb customer service and professional work. I went to this place because it was recommended to me by my mechanic (which I highly trust) and I can now personally recommend it to everyone else.
