(June 30, 2021, 6:47 pm)I ordered and paid for a baseball cap. There was a mistake in spelling on the hat which I did not catch in the mockup. There was no discussion about a replacement but within 24 hours they contacted me. They had made a new hat at no extra cost for me. I appreciate their quality workmanship and their attention to customer satisfaction.
